It’s Raining

God Weaving the Threads of Our Lives into the Tapestry of His Purpose

It’s Raining

To all curious and courageous Women who want to explore how God, the Master Weaver, extends Grace!

A voice is calling…Do you hear it?

If you are restless… searching for something… yearning… maybe aching for something authentic, consuming… even, dare I say it… passionate…then this is the place for you.

It is not by accident that you are here.  God planned for us to be here and, in fact, many have been praying for us for a long time.  God has brought us together for a spiritual pilgrimage, of sorts …individually and corporately.

I am not really sure where we will end up since this is Gods’ plan, not mine or anyone else’s.  So, if you are trying to figure it out and want to know the mission statement, strategic goals/outcomes/effects, you may be disappointed.  I encourage you to throw all those thoughts out the window… Suffice it to say, God is planning our spiritual journey and the journey is the destination.  What is the journey?  It is deeper intimacy with Christ.  We could say a theme verse, would be one like this…

“Delight yourself in the Lord; and he will give you the desires of your heart.  Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him and He will do it.  He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your judgment as the noonday.  Ps 37: 4-6

We ought to hold on to our hats, because God always has a wild but yet, whimsical ride.

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways, My ways, declares the Lord.  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.  For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there without watering the earth and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; So shall My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me empty Without accomplishing what I desire and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it” Isaiah 55:8-11.
